Hi Reader,

Let's talk leftovers for a second.

Leftover protein is one of my favorite things because you can easily turn it into another meal.

For leftover grilled chicken, I typically throw it in a bowl with whatever I have on hand and serve it up for dinner.

Both are super easy to make, especially if you're using things like canned beans or microwavable rice. Plus anyone you're making dinner for can quickly customize it to their liking.

Have other leftover meal ideas? Hit reply and tell me what they are! I'm always looking for good ways to use up leftovers.

Until next time,
Taryn
